        I wonder how much business Runza misses out on due to its cryptic name? We've driven by hundreds (thousands?) of times, but our first visit was yesterday. The Spicy BBQ Bacon burger looked pretty good, so I ordered it. Predictably, mine didn't quite look like the one on the poster. On all sides, I had to eat though a half-inch of bun to get to the patty - not at all like the poster! I do have to say that it was very tasty. My wife was very impressed by the onion rings. The employee we dealt with was very friendly. So, plenty of good in our visit.

        Runza RestaurantsServing real food requires a real commitment.It all begins bright and early each morning. Instead of serving breakfast, we're making homemade bread dough from scratch. We're hand-slicing onions. We're shredding lettuce for our salads. We're stirring up homemade chili and fresh ground beef filling for Runza® Sandwiches. It's a labor-intensive process that doesn't let up until long after closing time. We know there are easier ways to do all this, but our commitment to doing things the right way is as real as our food, and that's not something we're going to change.
