Mister Money

So I bought a tablet and was told if I payed for the warranty I could get my money back if it didn't work . So of course it didn't work so I returned it only to be told that they only give in store credit. So I bit the bullet and got another one for exchange and the charger cord had a short inn it . THATS Y I WANTED MY MONEY BACK . And the Lady that helped me was completely rude . Horrible Horrible experience at this mister money

This place is a complete rip off. The two women assisting me with my inspection of my diamond ring were absolutely clueless. They sat in the back conspiring with eachother when I was about 5 feet away. The diamond ring I was trying to sell had a flawless cut as well as clarity. Spent a little short of $7000 on the ring and they offered me $150 for sale and $125 for pawn. I had all paperwork on the ring as welI. I would not recommend this establishment. They are clearly crooks and very misinformed. Ten thumbs down if I only had ten thumbs.

2 years ago I was not pleased but the staff is new and I had a great experience. Those who got little to nothing should realize it's a pawn shop... Pawn shops never pay very much. However I got a decent price for a bass on loan and customer service was excellent. Thank you

Terrible customer service!! They treated us very rudely and their idea of dealing with a complaint was to say "I'm not talking to you anymore" and when my husband pointed out that we spend a lot of money in there and have for years they called him a liar and said "I don't recognize you." Seriously?!? We will be contacting corporate headquarters to fix this problem as they stole money from us and were incredibly rude and unprofessional. We will never return to this horrible store...worst customer I've ever seen!!

I have been doing business with this store a few times a week for the last couple months. The two young employees one with dark tan skin and other one with a beard and such glasses on his head will always under bid prices and lie to you to try and scam you it seems like. There have been several instances where I have gone In and had them either say we don't take that or offer me such a rediculusly low price for something it ludicrous. One employee will tell you you one thing and these two Wil completely rip you off. I went in with a brand new surround sound in the box that was close to 200$ and they said 15$. I will never go here again horrible service. These two youngsters are scam artist and thieves.

Took in some things because I'm a now single mother of 3. They gave me damn near nothing for what I had. Do not bother. Find somewhere else!

I travel to the Loveland area annually to visit relatives and have purchased a camera(2012), and a guitar(2013, at Mister Money.

I am very pleased with both purchases, especially a 12-string guitar in late August,(2013). It's one of the best playing 12 strings I have ever purchased, and the cost was very reasonable. I will visit this store next time I'm in town.

Service sucked! I purchased a rifle there. I was told when i was origionally looking at the gun that the magazine was with it. It wasn't. I did not find this out until too late. meanwhile i kept getting pushed back in line while they were looking for it. took over an hour standing there. now i am stuck with a gun that has no mag and manufacturer is several months on back order. all they had to do was write down on the price tag that this was not complete then i would have known in advance. I will NEVER shop at any Mr Money store again.

Such horrible service and communication amongst managment! Was offered $500 one day for my merchandise to pawn and then went in the next couple days and they quoted me $100... should have kept their word on the first quote.....do not do business with them!!!
