I came here with my bridesmaids before my wedding. We all got gel manicures. They did a great job and were attentive to detail. Even though they were busy they put the effort in to make it look right. One of us had very short nails and they still came out great. Prices are very reasonable. We will come back!

I will not ever go here again

I actually opened a BBB complaint - these people should really investigated as they act like complete animals with the yelling and ganging up on a mother with her 4 year old - I would never ever ever come back to this scary place...



On 05/18, I went to VIP nails to do something fun with my 4 year old daughter, and I went in for acrylic nails and pedicure, and my little girl had manicure. I asked how much would it cost, and he said $65.He saids ''you sit here'', so I sat down and the person proceeded to do my acrylic nails. He was half way done,and I looked at the hand he almost was finished with, and I was appalled they looked beyond horrible.I told him I didn't like them, and he kept giving me this stare that would literally freeze your blood.So I jokingly said :you're scaring me with your look ... he really didn't really say anything back just kept working on my nails. HE said ''go wash your hands so I did and then i again looked at my nails and I was furious...they looked liek a monsters nails...so I said to the guy that kept walking around I don't like them at all....he said we'll fix it...he said go sit in chair in the pedicure area, and he said I take your purse and picked it up and proceeded to take it to almost another room the pedicure area, I said no that's fine I will wait for my dautghter to be done. HE said ok...I take your purse, and I said that's fine just leave it where it is....how rude! Which business is allowed to take your personal belongings and take it wherever they want. So as soon as I said I wanted to wait on my daughter they pulled her out of the chair so we can go to the pedicure area. I said is she finished? Did you dry her nails? She said, yea yea she ok. I was beyond myself at the huge lack of cuswtomer service. I mean I've seen animals being taken care of better. This was insane... There was no other customers besides me and my daughter. So as the other guy started the pedicure, the guy that was walking around came over and I again tried to explain to him that I diddn't like them at all they looked beyond ugly and he said I fix, so he trimed them down, but that didn't improve anyting. I said I don't like them at all... to make the story short, they all ganged up on my and my daughter to the point that I started shaking as the lady was yelling and I said could you not yell, you're scaring my daughter. Then I realized there was no other customers and I thought I Was going go crazy from fear of all these people especially with my daughter in there with me. They didnt fix my nails, they yelled at me, and demanded that I pay before they are done with my nails to make sure they got their money.... by the time I was in my car I was crying and I had a huge headache from the stress and fear that these people put upon me and my daughter. I would've never went had I known that they would ruin my beautiful day that was supposed to be relaxing with my daughter. IT was beyond horrible and I want them to pay for suffering and damage they caused upon us. They should have someone with customer service skills instead of scaring people by ganging up and yelling where the customer feels like a helpless animal.



I cannot believe the amount of stress I and my daughter had to endure instead of having a nice relaxing Saturday afternoon this turned into a scary nightmare, that business needs to be investigated as the guy that did my nails had this scary look in his eyes, and he actually dissapeared as they all ganged up on me and my daughter while yelling. I didn't know if I was going to come out of that place in one piece. and just the fear somehting would happen to my daughter out of the pressure and stress I was crying the whole way to home, I had a terrible headache.

This place is dressed up with class and you are treated with class..
