U S A Baby

I thought our furniture was decent quality. My complaint was the time it took for it to arrive—almost four months. We're lucky we started to assemble our nursery very early on. I don't regret buying there, but I wouldn't buy anything else from them. They blamed the wait on their vendors. I googled and read online reviews after I purchased, and I learned that a lot of people struggle with the wait and the mystery of delivery time. We already put a lot of money down so we toughed it out.

The sales staff, the prices, and the quick delivery all make this store the best shopping experience for moms to be. I made the mistake of ordering my furniture from a local store other that USA Baby. My furniture cost signficantly more and took months longer to get to me than an order with USA Baby would take. My mother in law ordered the exact same crib from USA Baby that I ordered from a local store. Her crib cost $100 less and got to her 13 weeks faster than my crib from another vendor. The sales staff at USA Baby is extremely helpful but not overbearing. I highly recommend this store.
