Turf Green Lawn Service

What an awful experience. They cold-called me offering a free treatment. I figured I'd give them a shot. It was never explained that they would show up unannounced month after month, just hoping that you never notice. They then didn't respond to my letters and my phone call. They need to improve on their customer service and business practices. Very annoying.

Good Service. They have improved my lawn over the past year and half tremendously and much more affordable than larger companies. I've never received a harassing letter like the person below, but of course I paid my bill each time.

Great service! This is my first year using Turf Green and I have been very happy with the service and the results. They always call me to let me know when they will be out so I can unlock my gate. They are professional and very reasonably priced. My lawn is much improve from last year and I am looking forward to seeing it get better and better. I have had a positive experience dealing with them.

I had a horrible experience with Turf Green. They had a habit of coming out to my house without ever calling. The first time I gave them the benefit of the doubt. I called the manager and he assured me it would not happen again. Month later same thing happened. called the manager and he was very rude and called me unreasonable. He basically accused me of just trying to get the service for free. He would not tell me what time the guy had come out to my house nor would he send me an email confirming that I would not be charged. Stay away. They are a scam. If they cannot follow simple instructions they are not the kind of company I want to do business with.

Don't use them. They sell you a little flag and an invoice. I had them and saw no improvement in my lawn. I have video surveillance on my house apparently unknown to Turf Green but I was paying for a little flag and and invoice an nothing else. My lawn was not being treated.The first threat that got was that my bill was going to a collection agency and the second threat was that they were going to put a lien on my property. This is really the kind of company that I want to do business with. Your best bet is to avoid Turf Green completely.

Truf Green did our lawn for a year. Our neighbors were giving us lawn service people because they thought we did not use one.. I've got the worst lawn in my neighborhood by far. Do not use them!!! I wish I could down load pictures. Scotts lawn service came by and said that we have a yard like that because we don't have a yard service, If we had a yard service we would have a nice looking yard. I told him we have always had a lawn service. He could not believe it. Said it would take months to turn our lawn around.

This is a great lawncare business! I've been with this company for 5 years and I stick with them because they are family owned, and treat their customers very well. They're also the most affordable lawncare service I've found, and do such a great job! Theyre willing to work with you on payments as well.



It surprises me that they have no reviews on here.. other people should write theirs as well!
