My family has been going to Town and Country Ford for decades with their new car needs. After a unique trade-in situation had us in a bad spot Scott and Steve worked very hard to rectify the situation and meet our needs. I am very pleased with my 2016 Focus and will continue to do business with them in the future.

I have read the reviews about TACF, I would implore you to not trust negative reviews. This place is amazing and there are always two sides to the story. My 2003 Expedition has over 240,000 miles on it. The service dept is prompt with their troubleshooting/repairs, reliable and more cost effective than a neighborhood favorite garage. Luckily, I don't need service often but when I do, Donna S. & the service dept are A++

So far so good. We bought a Used 2007 Ford Freestyle today. Saw it online. Drove from Vine Grove To get it. Called in advance to make sure it was still there. They were able to find a better interest rate then we had originally thought. The staff was polite enough. Gave us a great deal, though we do have to go back for some much needed detailing of the car. It was quick and I hope we made a great decision going with Town and Country Ford Louisville!! Thank You guys!!
