I was thrilled that Drexler called to remind me that I had purchased the Gold Plan and still needed to have my servicing completed. Alvin was on-time, checked everything out, explained what he did, and gave us a clean bill of health.

I called Drexler on a Sunday morning after waiting over 4 weeks for another air company to fix my air conditioner. Mike P was at my house within 2 hours. He was very professional and explained everything to me. He went over the pricing up front and stayed in constant contact with me over the next 2 days while fixing the multiple issues that I was having. I couldn't have asked for a more knowledgeable and professional person. The only complaint is that I didn't call Drexler much sooner!!

John B replaced my bathroom faucet and went above and beyond .he cleaned area better than it was ,caulked and cleaned drain. Told me about a coupon He was the plumber of your dreams!

Jeremy U. came to our house on Saturday for a tub drainage issue. Was very professional and kept the house clean. He identified the minor issue and we decided we could handle the repair ourselves. We will call again for future service.

I easily set up an appointment for same day srvice on a broekn toilet. Michael Hines callled to confirm our appointment time and stated when he was on his way. Upon his arrival, he set out the red carpet and put on footies to not track anything into the house. He treated me and my girlfriend and our cat with the utmost kindness and respect. He investigated the problem and gaves us the options to choose from. Once we selected an option, he immediately went to work and corrected the problem. He even cleaned everything when he was done. He was very informative about other services the company offers and answered all of our questions. Michael provided excellent customer service as well as resolving our problem. Because of him, we will recommend and utilize the company in the future!

I called on a Sunday, on Labor Day weekend, when I noticed a dreaded spot on my ceiling. Not only was the woman on the other end a tremendous help, she even called me back 10 minutes later to tell me someone could come sooner if I wished! He was professional, quick, and even directed me to a coupon online. I don't think any other company would have their customers seek out savings like that. When he was about to leave, he told me who I could call to fix the hole he had to put in my ceiling. Wonderful service and I would use him again!

Have called Drexler before and had good rate as well as work. Something has changed with them.. Had them come out today to get an estimate on installing a kitchen faucet. They were two and a half times higher than other estimate. Might do good work but are unrealistically high. Get other estimates and you will see.

Top notch service from start to finish. Dave B. and Roman H. were professional and prompt. (I called on a Monday at 8am and they arrived @ 1pm). They both went above and beyond. I appreciated that I knew the price up front and not only was it a fair price, the work was completed in a timely manner. Both Dave B. and Roman H. were incredibly respectful of my home and cleanliness. I will be using Tom Drexler from now on....do yourself a favor and do the same....and request Dave B. for Electric and Roman H. for Plumbing.

Eric arrived on time, put on shoe covers and got to work. He let us know every step of the way what the costs would be and exactly what the problems were. He was courteous and did good work. We appreciated him after the experiences we've had with other plumbers!!

Wayne was AWESOME. Called in the morning, and Wayne came out within a couple of hours. He identified and fixed the problem, and stuck around to make sure that everything was working great. I feel 100% confident that not only was the leak repaired, but that it was repaired CORRECTLY. I am completely satisfied with Tom Drexler - we even signed up for the yearly maintenance!”

There prices are very high. Call another plumber and save money. They are 40% - 80% higher than other companies. I have gotten many quotes from them and would only use them in an emergency situation.

I had a clog in my bathroom sink, which I tried to fix myself but just couldn't quite get it unclogged. I called Tom and he sent Terry H to fix our problem. He was very professional and courteous and it didn't take long at all before our sink was running well again.

I had a prblem with my toilet on 12-22-13, in which I try to fix myself, but with not luck. I called Tom and they sent Mike H and he took care of the problem. Mike went over the cost, before he started.. After the work was done, he went over a Carefree Mnt Plan" which had thre options. Bronze, Sivler and Gold. At this time I had plan with Bryant for 179.00 for just Heating and A/C. Told Mike when this plan ends next yr 6-14. I'm going to sign up for the Gold plan, which has Furnace, A/C, Plumbing, Electric and Water Line Coverage. For only 47.00 more this is a GREAT deal.
