The Tire Station

I purchased a tire here yesterday morning (6-20-15). The tire cost 38.00. I went back yesterday evening because the tire had already lost 17lbs of air. He refused to replace it (even though the receipt states a 3-Day Warranty) and plugged it instead. this morning I went to Walmart in Lexington because I was afraid to get back on the interstate. When the tire was removed, the attendant showed me that the tire had been plugged 5 times! and that there was a busted radial! The walmart attendant informed me that it is illegal to sale a tire in this shape! Tire Station deliberately put a damaged tire on my vehicle. I contacted Tire Station this morning and informed them of their grave error. The manager refused to give me a refund and stated "the tire looked good to us". Tire Station could have caused us an accident or worse! and could not have cared less. Stay safe and DO NOT do business with this company!!

Nothing has changed since JeepGuy wrote on here last year. They were fairly nice on the phone. Ruined a chat session and immediately got talked down to when another guy went to look for a tire for me. Drove off on my donut and decided to wait until tomorrow to go to my usual tire place. They are more respectful and have better prices.

very rude and barely speaks English. dirty hobo sleeping on the couch in the poor excuse of a lobby didn't help. then talked to me like an idiot. I will never go back.
