Overall

Been seeing Kari for 5 years and always have a great experience. Lauren is great as well, and my go to girl If I can't get in to see Kari. I've brought all 3 of my kidos here to get their first hair cuts, everyone had a great experience.

Absolutely horrible experience . Would not recommend to anyone. Stylist cut bangs way to short. Hair style nothing like I asked for or the picture I showed her . Very disappointed . Will take months for hair to grow back . Worst haircut experience ever

My hair was a disaster the stylist was clueless as to what she was doing. Service was bad would not recommend for even a small child cut. very dissatisfied!

I took my daughter in to get an airbrush tan on 5/29/13. I was very impressed with how comfortable they made her feel and how wonderful it turned out. She is so excited to show off her tan at her dance. Thanks again. Shannon Buehner

Well I had a horrible experien...

Well I had a horrible experience with the Edge on Lower Hunters, I had gotten my hair done there about 10 years ago for my high school prom. Was looking at places to get my hair done for me and my bridesmaids for my wedding. I paid $45 for a trial do on August 10th, then was notified August 15th just about 2 weeks before my wedding that they didn t realize when they scheduled 5 of us for apointments that they are closed that day b/c Labor day is on Monday and I was getting married the Saturday before. They then told me that they would come in to do our hair but b/c we all had apointments at the same time they would have to have 5 girls come in they would have to charge us $20 more per person. 2 of us were also going to have our makeup done. I then decided that I was going to find a different place to do it. I contacted them and spoke to Lauren to see if I could get a refund since I paid $45 for a trial hair do only b/c I had every intention on getting my hair done there for my wedding. Which I would have never done if they had told me that they were going to be closed that day. She told me they don t normally do refunds on a service already performed and that she would have to contact the owner and call me back. Needless to say I have now been married for 11 days and never received a call back from them. I just think this was really horrible service on their end. For them to make a mistake and schedule an entire wedding party to only realize they FORGOT to mark on their calender that day they were closed. When the website clearly says they are open Mon- Sat. the holiday was on Monday. I ended up getting my hair done at Salon 360 and was more than pleased with (and would deffinitly recommend) for the same price the Edge originally quoted me before they told me that $45 a person wasn t worth having half their staff come in for. I don t know about anyone else but I don t make $45 an hour, which is how long I was told it would take to do an updo. I know this is a rare case, but it was also involving a very important day for me (as it is for most) and think that they should have been okay with giving me back my money that they would have never got if they had not made a mistake.

Great hair at the Edge

I got a hair cut and highlights and Melissa did a wonderful job! I highly recommend this salon. When u walk in and everybody has great hair u start to feel your in great hands. Then u find out they do each others hair. I walked out looking like a million bucks on my birthday. (Friday 13th). Her recommendation for hair care products was perfect. She didn't push the products I asked because I wanted my hair to look great at home too! My hair is dry and in the past highlights just made it worse. Not any more I got the right products now! We communicated well on what I wanted my hair to look like. This is the key to getting exactly what u want. Thank you Melisssa! Oh and then I find out their open till 10pm! Yes! I'm a night shift person and now I don't have to go with out sleep to get my hair done. Perfect!

the atmosphere is great. but the lasy that cut my hair screwed up my bangs really bad. it wasnt that good. I doubt i'll ever go back there again.
