Shaggy Paws Grooming

Took my dog there and she came home with a cut on her face and she is now very timid which is not like my dog at all... She's normally very playful and she won't come near anyone now and runs away from us... Definitely not happy about this and I will never take her back here again...

i have a shih tzu and he hates getting groomed. he had a traumatic experience when he was a puppy and i know hes not easy to deal with. He wont even let me do it. Hands down the best grooming experience ive seen with him and the best hair cut, that he'll allow. I've taken him to numerous places over the years and he comes back with cuts and scars, or a whack job, or even once he was shaved but not his legs. This place gets the job done! the do the best job i've seen and i have shopped around. there pricing is on average with everyone else and they use slings to hold the dogs up. sounds strange, but I know they do that with cows to calm them and it works, so i assume it works with dogs to. I for sure feel bad he can be a terror, when getting groomed, hes normally a love bug, but they make it work and get it done.
