Today is 5/6/2018. I have been with Safe & Secure since Aug. 2015. I put in a claim for a microwave repair & was told where to go & get a new one by Jack Wainright. I purchased it on 11/24/2017 for $180.25. I am still waiting for my check from Safe & Secure Club.
My furnace went out on 12/28/2017. I placed 30+ calls & left information for the calls to be returned. Had only 1 returned & happened to reach Wainright at the sales Dept. for aa 2nd (return call). I am still waiting for $195 reimbursement on the furnace repair. My furnace had been completely serviced by a reputable heating & colling service iin Muskegon for the winter on 10/21/2017 and deemed"Unit operating properly at this time." I sent in the bill for the furnace repair during the 1st part of December 2017.
I am still waiting for furnace & microwave reimburement. Besides not returning phone calls, they do not pay. I have asked them to return my $400 I paid during August of 2017, if they didn't want to pay for the warranty services they guaranteed. They have refused to return my $400. I have contacted the Better Business Bureau in Louisville, Ky, and am on file there. I would beware of doing business with this company. Kathy Misze Muskegon, Michigan
