Puzzle's Fun Dome

My family absolutely LOVES this place!! Each time we come, the staff is super friendly, the facility is clean and the food is delicious!! The attractions change periodically keeping it exciting. This is a great place to for family fun!! A+ Keep up the good work!

I took my grandkids, age 3 and 6 months to Puzzles on a Thursday night. The facility was clean, well-kept, and had a friendly and helpful staff. It was a great value, as we only had to pay for the 3 year old and no adults. The kids had a wonderful time, even the baby, who enjoyed the toddler area. I have never been on the weekend, but everything was enjoyable for us. I would definitely recommend Puzzles as a 'get your energy out' place for young children. As always, you should keep your eyes on your children, as I don't trust that any amusement place can appropriately supervise a group of children.

I was searching for a comment request form on their main website and/or a way to contact a manager. It was not available on the website. I wanted to speak with someone about a recent visit at this party center. Our two year old daughter fell and hit her head on the floor and it basically ruined our night. We paid $80 for our visit only to have it ruined by her falling in the coloring area. How come this area is not padded? My daughter is only two and fell on the back of her head. The staff was unconcerned and not very attentive to our needs. I got an ice pack from the kitchen, but nobody checked on my child to see if she was ok or anything. I feel that area should have better protection for children and those seats are not suitable to be used for coloring anyway. This was a walk-in birthday party and our first and probably last time visiting. We were so excited to go for our daughter's birthday only to have her sister fall and get hurt. Our family is very disappointed about this event.

I have been going here for years and I have some great and horrible experiences and they have one manager there that has been there for years and she is wonderful and now they have one that was just absolutely rude and I would think working in a kid friendly place she would have a little bit of a better attitude and if she doesn't have a friendly personality, fake it for your job but she is not the only one they have had some employees that are just mean. About a year ago my kids and I went in there and my 7 year old was going in the pirate ship bounce and this employee grabbed his arm and told him to not to run and jump in there and he got so scared and came to me crying telling me how she grabbed his arm and he wanted to leave so I told her that her that she should never put her hands on someone's kid and her response was that's my job so I went to talk to the guy manager and instead of making her apologize, he tried to explain that she wasn't doing anything wrong so we ended up leaving cause my children just felt very uncomfortable that they have employees there that are allowed to put there hands on them, we didn't go back for like 6 month's. Well now we have been about a few times and all was going okay and my 4 year old grandson was going down a slide and there was some kind of rope of some sort hanging down and has he was going down it wrapped around his neck and thank gosh he got this off him self because it could have killed him. My children come out screaming Mommy Waylon's neck is hurt and I look he is screaming crying ,I freak out he has this big well all around his neck,it's all red and swollen so my.go get ice for him and we walk up to desk and I ask to speak.to the manager and tell her there's a rope or something hanging and it just wrapped around his throat and all she can say is how many kids you have and gives a pass for a free visit,never once did she ask was he okay or anything. It took her 15 minutes to come out and look at the contraption and fix it and in the meantime some one else could have actually got killed this time. We ended up staying and playing and I saw her and the owner when we were walking to the restroom and no one ever asked how he was feeling.

Love Love Love this place. They staff is very educated and friendly. They provide excellent care and service.

They always have good prices and they have very fast service.
