Mr Porath is simply a theif. As another reviewer stated, he will take your money offered in good faith and in an expectation to at least receive a discussion, will do nothing, and will not return your money or phone calls when you try to contact him to discuss your case. I agree, he should be disbarred and charged with criminal theft. DO NOT BOTHER WITH THIS THEIF. FLUSH YOUR MONEY DOWN THE TOILET INSTEAD. THE EFFECT IS THE SAME.



Unfortunately we had a recomendation from a mutual friend to get an opinion on what we could do following our daughter's murder in a different part of the state. Rather than assist a victim's family, he chose to further victimize them.



I also wanted to mention that our daughter who was murdered in KY's middle name was Ariana, just like the other reviewer with a bad experience. We were seeking an attorney to help us understand the system and help us with issues surrounding her abused children, but instead Mr Porath took our money and never said a peep or offered a reply.

He will take your retainer, fritter it away, never read any of the case material and then be financially unable to return your retainer. Seriously. Too broke to do the decent thing. Should be disbarred. Took on a murder case (of our family member) and threw his clients (us) out the window without representation. If I could give this attorney a rating of minus 5 stars, I would, he is that bad. STAY AWAY if you want to keep your money and your sanity. His promises to help are like smoke in the wind and just as irritating. He promised to return our retainer, as of last week, there's not yet been a sighting of a refund. We will be registering a complaint with the Bar Association.
