Dr Pape was able to bring health and vitality back to my teeth and gums when I had little hope. At the time, I thought dentures were in my near future. Even through the covid restrictions she continued with the deep cleanings. During this time she was short on help but still made sure her patients received needed service. I highly recommend her.

TERRIBLE experience- mainly with the billing department (Kris). She was very rude & condescending each time we spoke. However, the real issue was that she was extremely impatient with insurance issues that were out of my control. I ended up having to make an appeal to the insurance (after myself and Dr. Pape received an EOB letter stating that the procedure was 100% covered) in which i was told would take 30-45 days. I informed her of this.....her next call to me was a nasty message stating "ok this is day 31 and we need to discuss getting paid....". After the insurance company denied the appeal (currently i am working on the 2nd appeal) I asked for assistance from her by allowing me to make monthly payments since, it was clear that she apparently needed the money and would not wait for a 2nd appeal. This i felt was more than fair considering that i along with Dr. Pape had already been told the procedure would be covered. She said NO and referred me to a website to get a credit card to pay for it. So i had to come up with $1300 out of pocket. Not too many people would be ok with an unforeseen cost of that amount. I understand the main culprit here is the insurance company although, i would have excepted a little more understanding and help due to, the circumstances. I would NEVER go back to this place nor would i refer anyone. I have also contacted my dentist to inform them of the HORRIBLE referral. I am in hopes that they choose to refer their patients elsewhere. Oh by the way.... my dentist is in the same situation with my insurance and they are cooperating with me fully. So props to them and shame on Dr. Papes staff!!!
