Hi Terry. This is Dr. Neal. I am sorry you had a poor experience here. We are always committed to our patients to provide the most pleasant experience as possible. I am sorry that your appointment was rescheduled. Unfortunately due to the 2 large snow storms in February we had to reschedule a lot of people. I'm sorry for the inconvenience that caused. And it is true that I speak in Spanish quite often. This has been a benefit to many of the Spanish speaking people in our community to have a Dentist that can help them in their native tongue. I have found that it helps me to provide better care to that segment of our population. I apologize if that made you feel uncomfortable an will be more aware of how others may feel. I think its funny how there's no bad reviews on here. There gotta be some i find there office j/town very un professional speaking spanish in front of patients how rude is that really this is America people they have canceled my appt. 2 times now and not willing to do anything for me the one on the phone was rude and hung up like i said very un professional
