You can trust Tina and her ladies. This is for the most part a new practice (only a few years old) and I was referred here by a friend. I read the reviews below and I think they might be a little harsh. I always get in and out. And I can always trust that Tina is listening to my "woes"

With every business there are kinks, but I think they are transitioning nicely.

I work at a pharmacy close to mycare. I know mycare is working hard to follow all new regulations for narcotics. Unfortunately its a big problem in KY. If providers donot follow rules they will be in trouble. There is 3 nurse practitioners and one part time female doctor. They all are licensed to see kids but one and she only works 2 days a week. One of providers received her family certification earlier this year. They have gotten busier where I could get out in 30 mins. So now I am there now for aleast one hour. There is one female provider everyone always wants to see her because she is so nice and listens. The male provider I saw him last time I was there. He was nice but talks a lot. Overall I like mycare because they listen and care. They don't turn away someone if they have their copay. I lost my debit card the day of my appointment and they still seem me.

If I told my best friend about this place I would have to say that this is one of the worst clinics when it comes to refills or appointments. You are over a barrel when it comes to getting your refills. If you request them too early so you don't run out then you must have a drug problem, and if you request them exactly when they are due you have to wait an extra week for them to get around to getting them filled. The problem is the office staff mainly. As far as the NPR Tina is wonderful she catches things that other doctors don"t and the nurse that has been with her the longest is better than any nurse I have seen before but the scheduling is BAD and the office help are clueless! I have never requested a prescription refill EVER and received it in a timely manner considerate to my needs. And I have never been to a doctors office that couldn't manage to get that right. They are starting to be just as bad as Dr. Amin's. SAD so SAD, this was such a promising practice. What happened? You had to know that it would begin to grow?

Do not go to this clinic! There is a lack of professionalism and poor service. I referred by best friend to this clinic and she was very disappointed at the treatment received from the receptionist and medical professional. Her children were seen on multiple occassions and then she later learned that the Nurse Practitioner that owns the practice does not have a license to treat children.

I have been there for 3 months an my children was seeing another dr. for 16 years

one of my children never was checked for diabeties an mycare found it within a week

my other child was sick with alot of breathing problems an i was always told she had a cold , i changed dr.s to mycare an they sent her out to a specialist an found out she has servere allergies an asthma an now is being treated.
