        Overall

        Horrible customer service. The lady called me on Friday at 11:30 to verify my insurance for Monday’s appointment while my appointment was scheduled 2.5 weeks in advance.
        When I asked for an option to take care of it on Monday because I am currently at work, she said it was impossible and she could just cancel the appointment for me. Then she got frustrated and hanged up on me. I will definitely never use their services.
