McDonald's

The worst i have watch it go down we have never been there and our food was right just left there to get home and guess what my burger not in the bag of course after my husband gets off work sits in the drive thru for 35 min ge goes back tells me he is in the drive thru again because they are closed inside so i try calling to tell them and she lets me know there is only two other workers there beside herself tell me he has to get in line.WOW. i dont want the burger im scared to eat something that has been fix by a disgruntled employee.and now we are out 15 dollars i not eating mine after the i got spoken to his is cold well the kids ate what can we do about this

it's the one of the two only fast food restaurants in this neighborhood, so we have no choice but to go to this one unfortunately. corporate has been sent to this particular mcdonald's before to fix several problems due to many complaints from people in the neighborhood, but no matter what corporate does it never fixes anything. the employees are rude to the customers, always playing on their cellphones, too busy goofing off with other employees & because of those issues it causes orders to be wrong 99% of the time & you are always waiting in the drive thru for 20 minutes when there is only 2 cars in line. you have to bring back your orders to get them corrected every time you visit & when you do the employees act like you inconvenience them so much & they are rude to you about it. a week ago i visited this mcdonald's at 3am. i waited at the speaker for 10 minutes for someone to take my order & no one ever did, so i went to the pay window to see if anyone was there to take my order & of course no one was. then, i pulled up to the pick up window & no one was there either, but i raised up in my seat to see if i could see anyone around & what i saw was a female employee sleeping in a booth. finally a guy walked by & saw me, went & talked to the girl in the booth & came back to tell me that they were closed. closed? how are you closed at 3am when you're a 24 hour location? he said that it was because their system was down. oh really? if your system was down how come you had no clue about it? why did you have to go ask the female employee sleeping in the booth what to do? it seems to me that they were too lazy to work & didn't feel like helping any customers. if the system was really down & the store was closed there should have been a sign or someone should have a headset on to tell you when you pull up to the speaker. i went to this mcdonald's again a couple of nights later around the same time & this time someone took my order at the speaker & took my money at the pay window. big surprise there. when i got to the pick up window a black male was saying not very nice things about me to an older white lady thinking i couldn't hear him because the window was shut. to make a long story short & i apologize if i offend anyone, but he said "white girl up all night suckin' on it." in the return the older white lady said "you know that's right." & then open the window & handed me my food with a smile on her face. i just look at her & said "wow. really?" she acted like nothing happened so i said whatever & drove off. i have never been treated so rudely at another restaurant in my life. they have no respect whatsoever for anyone. i won't be back until something is done about this.
