The dr convinced me to get a boot after I had already advised the dr I had one at home. She stated that this is a better boot and my insurance covers it. Well I just got the bill, my insurance didn't cover it. Also, on first visit they said I did damage to my tendon and arch and would need arch supports. I go back to dr two weeks later and a different dr came in, felt my foot asking if it hurt. I said no it's not hurting and that was the end of my visit. I asked about the information the dr gave me on the first visit, arch supports or tendon and the new dr literally avoided my question and wrote me a prescription for physical therapy and said "here if you want go get therapy". I'm completely clueless if my foot is ok, do I need any surgery, inserts or anything. It's like they knew before I got there that they wouldn't be doing anything else about my foot, I'm afraid to see what that second visit is going to cost me and I have decent insurance. This office overcharges the insurance. They charged 450.00 for a boot that sells on Amazon for 75 bucks. After insurance I owe them almost 300 bucks. I will never go back to this place.

I have been a nurse for over 35 years and have worked with many doctors, in many specialties. However, I have never in my life found a doctor to be so rude, hateful, curt and condescending to a patient. Dr. (and I use the word loosely) Whitney would not let my elderly mother hardly open her mouth to make a statement or ask a question, before he gritted his teeth and cut her off and literally yelled at her that "all I get from you is attitude!" I am sorry to tell you DR. Whitney, you also got her money for the last time! It really burn my foot that I have to even give one star to get this posted, can we go negative?
