This place is a joke. I bought a Groupon for a painting class back in January thinking what a good time it would be. I don't know what the hours are supposed to be, but they NEVER call you back. they don't respond to emails. After multiple attempts by phone, I called again one evening and finally got a hold of someone to schedule my session for April.

The calender shows all of the sessions being full about a month ahead of time, so mine was scheduled about 2 months later after calling them. The day of the class, I get a voicemail saying class was cancelled due to vandalism and they had to restructure. They said I could contact Groupon or call back to schedule another class. I really wanted to take a class, so naively I tried calling back. No answer, they don't call you back. I've contacted Groupon to hopefully get my money back. Don't waste your time unless you like leaving unreturned voicemails and emails. Customer Service is nonexistant.

No one there at class!!

I bought a class for six in December. I tried for weeks to schedule and after many calls and emails I finally got a call back in February and was able to schedule my groups for April 20. Tonight I showed up and found a closed shop and no one there. There was no note on the door, no indication there would not be a class. We waited for over 30 minutes while calling the posted numbers to only reach voice mail. We were not the only group of people there. Very frustrated and disappointed.

Overall

They get one star because I can't give ZERO! Took weeks to schedule a class then only could do so through Faceboook. We showed up to class after driving from Shelbyville and NO ONE was there! Locked up tight. No note. No one answered the phone when we called. Another group showed up at while we were there too! Extremely unprofessional and will not give them a chance to earn my money.

Don't buy groupon

I bought a 6 person groupon and have never gotten to use it. The link on the groupon doesn't work. Then the web site does have a place to sign up supposedly but you can not do what the directions say which is put the groupon code in, add number and do not put credit card info in. Well, it doesn't allow you to do that. It was a big waste of time and no one will call you back! Called 10 times.

This business has very poor customer service and continues to falsely advertise itself. I bought a Groupon for a painting class that indicated that they served wine and were catered. We booked a class then they cancelled due to a burst pipe which is certainly understandable and they even offered a 2nd class for free to make up for it so I thought they were great but then it all turned sour quickly. After several attempts we finally were contacted back to reschedule the class and book the 2nd class. We went to the first one and there were no appetizers nor was it catered nor was there any wine. There were beverages in the back but no one mentioned that we could help ourselves to them. The painting that was on their calendar looked nothing like the painting we were taught but we still had fun so I figured no harm. Now I am being completely ignored to confirm the time for our second class. I have sent multiple emails, messaged their site, left voicemail and two facebook posts - one of which was deleted unnecessarily because I was not disrespectful or nasty, but I called them out on their lack of customer service and their false advertisement. I realize they are overwhelmed with the groupon customers trying to book but they are not responding to people and they are still running the groupon ad and their site still falsely states that they cater/have appetizers. I also purchased a yoga offer through Living Social at the same time as the art class Groupon before I realized how poorly they conduct their businesses. They constantly cancelled classes and then out of nowhere the buiding was closed. I was fortunate to get a refund through Living Social. I could continue but their facebook site will show you a small amount of the people that are upset with them (I'm sure they've deleted other posts like mine which tried to warn others of their poor customer service and lack of respect and false advertisement) I love to support local businesses but buyer beware of this one! There are other places that offer these services and who truly appreciate their customers and treat them with respect/courtesy for their time and patronage!
