This place is really not wirth coming to. Yeah it might look like the mega super car wash but they dont get your car clean. They have the track that moves your vehicle threw the wash turned all the way up just to move the dollars as fast as they can because of its location and busyness

I've been coming to Jerrys now...

I've been coming to Jerrys now for a year and let me say that I am very pleased with the way my cars come out. Its a lot easier than me doing them myself. Hope that you business keeps up and will be looking for Jerry's car washes through out Louisville. If people would read and follow the rules, problems wouldn't happen.

I am a former manager for Jerry's carwash and another just like it. Working in this buisness you find very quickly that people can not read, nor do they even know what is on their car before they enter. You pull in, put your car in neutral, and leave your foot off the brake!!! A large amount of people can't follow these simple rules! There are signs, and an attendent to help people, still people rear end each other or back into each other cus they can't find neutral in their own vehicles. Then they blame the car wash. Most people don't even know about a scratch on their vehicle, and once it is clean, they inspect the car and throw a fit about something that was already there, whether they knew of it or not. In the era of "the consumer is always right" people seem to think if the throw a big enough fit, they can get a new paint job on their 30 year old piece of -blank- car. That's not the way it works folks. If car washes replaced parts or painted every vehicle that came threw, there would not be any washes like this in the country in business. This is high powered equipment and there is some risk involved. It is safe! However, certain vehicles fair better than others and there has to be a standard or what is the carwash's fault, and what the owner has to be responsible for. If you have a problem with these kinds of carwash's, drag your lazy -blank- out of your car and pressure wash it yourself!

jerrys car wash is the best in...

jerrys car wash is the best in louisville by far!!!, i get my car washed about once a week and everytime it dose great. ive been to goo goo and my car was still dirty after i left and the vacumes werent as strong as the ones at jerrys, the staff is very friendly and they answer all the questions ive had, and if my car so happened to be dirty then they would run me thru again no charge to me. jerrys car was is awesome!

This car wash has a manager th...

This car wash has a manager that obviously lack intelligence! We live blocks away and go through this car wash weekly. Last week while exiting the car wash the pressure from the blowers shattered the driver side mirror causing it to scratch our vehicle. One of THEIR employees witnessed this and took pics, told my husband someone would contact us and tell us where to send our vehicle. Today Justin (mngr) called to tell us that our vehicle was involved in a previous accident & they were not replacing our mirror!! I'm speachless. My husband had another passenger who can testify what happened, we have previous pics of our vehicle to prove no prior damage, we have THEIR employee who witnessed , and all we want replaced is what THEY damaged. I am seeking a small claim report but who needs this hassle? we are good paying customers, support local businesses, and this is the thanks? I have been in management for over 15yrs and I would never talk to a customer the way I was approached today. Not to mention the refusal to pay for damage this car wash caused...enter at your own risk is my review.

This is getting ridiculous. Please know that as the owners of the car wash that we are going to try to contact you regarding this matter. I am going to apologize to you here as I cannot tell you enough how I as a business owner can not stand to hear reviews like this. Unfortunately and since you have management experience, you understand that the happy customers don't usually post reviews only the unhappy ones. This should have never happened to you and the issue will be resolved with you directly. We are going to implement a better system, I guarantee this.

my mother took her car in and ...

my mother took her car in and her car also got scuff marks / scratched up she talked to the person working they acted like she was lieing and keep repeating they never had any one else have that happen and preity much told her she was lieing they thin finly took a report and took pics i have email jennifer and hope she get back to me or her soon all my mother wish is for her car to look like it did before she took it there i do not recommend this wash they are not friendly and i guess the old saying is true you get what you pay for

I am sorry about what has happened in this situation. I need to know the model and year of the vehicle so I can understand the entire problem you had. Somehow, the situation should if in any way possible be difused. Not all incidents are the result of something happening at the wash, therefore, to be fair it is important to have all the details before rushing judgment. I look forward to your email.

i regret choosing jerry's

the day my husband left for afghanistan we got out truck washed at jerry's before puting it in storage. it got so terribly scratched. i had to argue with them to even look at it. and finally they filed a report and sent me to a body shop. the body shop wasnt able to fix it immediatly and my lease was up and i was 8 1/2 months pregnant, so they told me that i coud bring it back after i had the baby. now with a 7week old baby, i drive from GA to KY to get the truck fixed and guess who decides they dont remember me?!!? Jerry's. well i have a report, so then they decide they remember me. and then the decide that they never agreed to pay for it. But they sent me to a body shop!! why waste my time and send me to a body shop if you had no intentions on fixing my truck. My husband comes home on r&r soon and all i wanted to do was to fix his truck before he got here. bc he hasnt met his daughter yet and i want him to spend that time with her and not worrying about fixing his truck. Jerry's basically called me a liar and that they were not fixing this vehicle.

tmill08. i read your previous review and it makes me even more angry at jerry's. if you could reply back to this that would be awesome. maybe i could get some info from you to further prove that this damage is from jerry's

First of all, I want to apologize for the obvious way you were treated at my car wash, NEVER, EVER in a million years would anyone with any sense at all not be more understanding of what your situation is and was at the time, and since it is a fact that was mentioned regarding your husband leaving for duty, we are the first to stand and say thank you to him and your entire family for his service to our country and congrat ulations on the birth of your child. What has happened here is beyond me, obviously the person who handled the situation did not do it as any natural, normal (pro fessional) business "owner" or proper employee would. It is not acceptable and it will not be tolerated ever under any circum stance, for a service man, or just a regular guy or girl. It simply is not acceptable and will be handled accordingly. I do feel that it is unfortunate to lose great customers over things like this(not handled properly), which handled correctly can and do go very very well with no problem. In this case a response is needed as a one sided comment without defense is unfair, therefore, please email me personally and you absolutely will have total and full attention given to you so that a satisfactory result can arise from this. Jerry's car wash sucks!!!!

I've been twice & the second time my car got completely scratched up during the wash. The lady in the car next to me also had the same problem! We both filed incident reports. I received a VM from one of the managers saying that they weren't going to take me seriously because the car wash wouldn't scratch a vehicle. I was furious!!!!! Find it funny that the car was scratched my boyfriends brand new truck and they paid to get it buffed out! Ok.. And it really doesn't scratch vehicles?? I also know of several wrecks that have happens because they put the cars in back to back. Not worth a star!!! Drive to goo! Goo!!!!

Well now, this is a sad comment to see....we just don't do business this way, we wouldn't put our selves out there with hopefully a major improvement to the corner of Dixie and Gagel if we thought we were going to suck. As told before, we never want to do busi ness this way, it is not our intention to ever harm a vehicle, we just want them to be clean and shiny, thank goodness for the kind comments I have received in person from people, Louisville folks are the best. That being said, I must apologize to you as well, without seeing what happened to you myself it is so hard to know how to even ask you come back and be a loyal customer, which is my goal and yes I'm going to try my best. You may not but, I'm hoping I can convince you otherwise. Please email me and yes I do thank you regardless, I need to know these things that happen so I can make the CHANGE necessary to be sure ALL customers with any sort of legitimate complaint are taken care of correctly.
