        Lacking Customer Service

        I took my vehicle into this shop on July 1st for a overheating problem and asked to have it back by the weekend. They ended up having to replace the intake gasket and thermostat and charged me for 6 hours of labor. I was fine with that until i received a last minute call saying that the gasket didn't take the first time and they had to keep it over the weekend to put a new one on all over again. i was quoted $550 including taxes and when i went to pick it up they tried to charge me $30 more than quoted. Now 3 weeks later it's overheating again and i cannot even drive it half a block! It is now stuck in shepherdsville and I'm expected to pay the towing fees because the problem obviously wasn't fixed!

        This is the worst experience I've had with an automotive shop!
