Isabel Heating & Cooling

My 76 year old parents paid for a new furnace and air conditioner after a chimney fire. The job included running duct work to the room that had been added to their house (old garage turned into great room) so that they could remove chimney and no longer heat with air. Room was being restored by insurance company when install occurred. Couple weeks later, progress on room has come to a halt because room is ice cold. Too cold for varnish to dry on stripped hardwood floors. Mr. Isabel will not return phone calls for over a week by my father, nor will he return the calls of the insurance’s contractor. Terrible customer service and terrible treatment of an elderly client. I have had to call another company to try and get resolved. Filed complaint with BBB also.
