General Info

Bill Hoge has been practicing law in Louisville for four decades and focusing on Family Law for more than half of those years. A Fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers and former Chair of the Family Law Sections for both the Kentucky Bar Association and the Louisville Bar Association, Bill is a highly experienced trial attorney with training as a mediator, arbitrator and collaborative law professional. Forrest Kuhn has been practicing law since 2010. He brings to the practice of law the added benefit of his nine years as a mental health professional, child and family counselor and crisis stabilization counselor. He is also an experienced Guardian Ad Litem (appointed by the Court to represent children's interests in disputed custody matters).
