        Research Properties, Inc. is an apartment management company that strives to provide great service in the Louisville, Kentucky and Southern Indiana area since 1981. Our goal is to provide a home with great service at a price that delivers GREAT VALUE. To appreciate that value, we find most prospective residents like to see the exact apartments they have to choose from to make their new home. New residents are more satisfied when they have seen the apartment location, carpet color, and condition of their new home prior to their move. For this reason, employees are instructed to only show the vacant apartments after the vacancy preparation process has been completed. The apartments are not identical, however all market ready apartments have been serviced for repairs, freshly painted, carpets shampooed, and completely cleaned before a new resident moves in. As an ongoing routine, the furnace & A/C filters are changed and preventative pest control is provided regularly. Kitchen appliances and mini blinds are also furnished. We welcome prospective residents to visit our properties and see for themselves that the details make all the difference.

        This place has had major improvements in the interior that look amazing! Granite bar tops are definitely a huge upgrade that even more expensive apartments in this area do not have! Also loving the details that are being put into these apartments, like the bathroom hooks, master bedroom accent wall, two toned paint etc.

        Heather House has really accelerated through many upgrades over the last year. From new kitchen backsplash, two tone paint with chair rails (this really makes it look so updated and more tasteful), to accent bedroom walls, additional shelving in the closets, and things many may not notice initially such as strategically places hooks, coat racks, towel racks, and more. The new trim really adds a nice finishing touch as well. Rents seem to be soaring everywhere, but may places are not putting that additional rent back into the property. This whole area is really going through upgrade after upgrade and is one of the best areas to live in as far as what is close by, and it is affordable. There is a Jack in the Box coming where the Steak and Shake was. They were very respectful and courteous while updating my apartment with my belongings here.

        Love this apartment and the location! You really can’t beat how close it is to so many retailers and restaurants! Also the walls are actually concrete which helps eliminate noise inside the apartment that usually comes with living in an apartment community!

        Great updates and cant hear my neighbors... I am thrilled! Walls are concrete so that explains that. Also solid construction for that reason. Happy I am saving money living in a convenient location. And I like being right on the bus line. Literally.

        Overall

        This complex is in a great location off Bardstown Road. I don't have a vehicle so having a TARC stop in front of the complex is great. I can also walk to stores & restaurants because they are close to the complex.
