Your neighbor may move out one day and let their friends or ex partners move in without a signing a lease. How's that for a secure home setting? Seems like a periodic check would be in place to make sure occupants really are the occupants. This is a bad representation of Winterwood. Other Winterwood complexes have a strict occupancy guideline that IS followed and residents have been evicted for allowing anyone and everyone to move in without being on the lease. This is unfair to the honest occupants who follow the rules.
