        Overall

        Elder Heating & Air recently installed an extremely complex central AC system in my 10th floor condo. Bobby Elder & staff far exceeded my expectations in every aspect. My AC design was fully integrated in my historic condo unit and the system is whisper quiet. Elder is top notch and prices are very competitive. Louisville is lucky to have Elder in town!

        Dragged into legal

        Elder heating and air started to install a unit in my home and then stopped. We completed the system at our expense with another company and now Elder has filed a lein against our home for payment. With poor workmanship and not having completed the job I do not understand why KY law even allows them to file a lein. If you want a battle with a contractor, shoose this one.
