We have had nothing but wonderful experiences with Small Smiles. The staff has always been helpful and my daughter loves them. While she isn't crazy about getting her teeth worked on, she loves the dentist. She brings her own music to listen to and they remember the little details about her. If they would take adults, I would go to them and I am very dental phobic.

This dental office is a JOKE. The staff is untrained. I have two small children and my husband and I both take our children together. However, when my 4 year old was getting her teeth cleaned which took over 1 1/2 hours my husband was asking what's going on out of concern like parents do. Not to mention they haven't even called my son back yet who had an appointment the same time. The staff told my husband they could not tell about his daughter b/c of patient privacy act. However our daughter is 4 she is our business they refused to take him to her. They are very unprofessional and I would never recommend this office to anyone. It is a shame that passport resorts to this offices. We left and will never return. I will contact the BBB on how they treated my husband about my daughter. Any DR who will not allow children's parents to go back with the is sending a RED FLAG. This is a HORRIBLE PLACE! PLEASE PARENTS... DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILDREN HERE.
