The staff on 4w was wonderful to my father on his 2 recent admissions. The people form house keeping to dietary went out of their way to make his stay more tolerable. The call lights were answered promptly everyone was very nice.

When my father was in ICU, we couldn't get any real information from the staff, nurses or doctors when they came around. It wasn't until I had to make the decision to put him on a respirator that I got any life or death information. In my distress after 3 days of being keep in the dark I told the staff that if they were so afraid to communicate (which I assume is because of lawsuits) that they should get into another business. When my dad died as my brother and I were leaving the ICU a male nurse looked at us and said "have a better day". I will not be nor any of my family will ever be admitted to Audubon hospital again.
