Mr. Downey was CFO of Providian Capital Management and Controller of Providian Corporation, a Fortune 200 financial services company, with $29 billion in assets, overseeing a staff of over 400 professionals. He also served as CFO of Ventas, Inc., a NYSE health care real estate investment trust.
