It was a pleasure to purchase a vehicle from this lot. I received a great deal on price and service. I really enjoyed dealing with the owner, Omer. He was very upfront and honest and provided answers to any questions I may have had. He stands behind his word and shows remarkable professionalism. I would purchase again and would recommend this car lot.

Tell you what you want to hear up front but leave you hanging once the ink has dried. Could tell they were getting shady once the dealing was nearing the end but didn't want to see the writing on the wall....BUYER BEWARE!!!! They don't deserve one star.

BEWARE!!! My husband and his partner bought a used truck from this dealership for their work truck- they do metal roofing and told the guy they bought it from that it would new to carry a heavy load- it's a one ton dually- they picked this particular used truck because it came with a 3 year bumper to bumper unlimited extended warranty (have the paper work). They drove it home (200 miles) everything was fine, took it to their warehouse, loaded it up and attached the trailer and started on the interstate and bam it blew a turbo hose loose after a half a mile- no big deal, fixed it and got back in interstate. 2 miles later kaboom, the truck died, had to be hauled to a dealer to be checked out and he said that there was something internally major wrong with the engine. Called the warranty company and they said "we don't give warranties on one ton trucks" and that they had sent the payment back to the salesman telling him that- what it boils down to is that the truck has no warranty and has a major problem. They called the salesman, told him they wanted their money back and would bring the truck back immediately and he said he would get back to them- this was last Thursday. Since then he hasn't called back and they tried calling and he doesn't answer! There is no way that the guy didn't know the warranty wouldn't cover this truck and now he won't return calls! Stay away from this company!

We bought a 2012 Honda Accord with a rebuilt title (water) in January, 2013. I never would have imagined that we would have bought a car with a rebuilt title. But, Omer and his brother and his crew won us over. The car fit our needs perfectly. But more importantly, Omer was so open, honest, straight-talking, etc., he made us totally comfortable in making this purchase. He encouraged us to NOT buy the extended warranty on the car. He said, "I'll sell you the warranty, if you really want it. But, you'd be wasting your money. You don't need it with this car."

I will need to buy another car within the next year or so. When that time comes, I will contact Omer at Cobra Motors.

I don't understand all the neg...

I don't understand all the negative reviews. I've had nothing but good things from the people of Cobra Motors and they've gone above and beyond what any used car dealership would do. Their prices are more than fair and yes some cars may not be perfect but the prices and honesty about them is always good. I've been checking out cars there for years and just purchased one there this week. It did have hail damage but was in great mechanical shape. The price was very reasonable considering the damage and they even agreed to fix a part of the hail damage with my purchase. another thing they didn't have to do, was the car I purchased did not have a radio. It came that way from the auction. The owner Omar said he would look in their storage warehouse and pull one from another car that had an AUX input and mp3 capabilities as that's what I was looking for. He also told me if he could not find one that very day, he would pay for half the cost of any radio I picked out from a store. I don't know about you, but that's a good deal and something he was not required to do. Having received an already good deal on the car, he set me up with a new radio, and added in a free oil change as well. If you just sit down and talk with them, you'll come to understand they're good people running a business. They're here to help, and they do go above and beyond what they're required to do. I was present on their lot when another woman had something come up and they agreed to cover all costs to fix her issue months after she had purchased it, something they were not required to do but they are here to help. If that angry poster below me would have contacted them regarding their issue, which they didn't.. Omar would have accommodated them as well. Instead they wait months after the issue and do not go to them for assistance.



I've had nothing but good things to say about the people of Cobra Motors. They've done everything they can to help me, answer any questions, cover any issues I had, etc. They're very understanding people and happy to help. They are a used car lot and do get some of their inventory from auction, so of course there may be some vehicles that aren't 100%, but you're going to get a great deal and if something comes up, it never hurts to contact them for assistance.

CONSUMERS BEWARE!!! If I could...

CONSUMERS BEWARE!!! If I could leave no stars I would, and all these positive reviews have to be the people at the dealership writing positive reviews just to keep their rating up. I went to this "establishment" to buy a vehicle. I was told I could not take it to my mechanic, it is in good running condition, and the truck was looked over by there mechanic. I bought the vehicle on their word, and take it to my mechanic the next day. My mechanic informs me there is only one functional brake, and later find out there is a cut in a brake hose which leaves no reliable brake system at all. The engine needs to be resealed, the transmission needs a complete rebuild, the rear wheel seals are leaking, there is no parking brake, and the clutch needs replaced. The worst part about this is they let me put my family in this vehicle to drive it home with a barely working brake system. They do not follow any trade regulations set forth by the FTC, such as a buyers rights guide posted to vehicle, which was not present. Regulations set forth by Kentucky such as the merchantability law. Long story short lies, deception, heartless, and a hole in the wall establishment. I had full intentions to bring this vehicle back from the dead, and sue the crap out of these people for reckless endangerment since the BBB did nothing for me. But I was currently diagnosed with a medical condition which is forcing my family and I to move down to Florida close to family. If I were to carry on with a lawsuit I may suffer a cardiac arrest from the stress. So I now have to sell the vehicle, take my losses, and take care of my health and family now. STAY AWAY FROM HERE, DO NOT GO HERE, IT IS NOT A LEGITIMATE BUSINESS!!!
