They have a huge selection of name brand clothes and the prices were cheap. Cheaper than most consignment stores. Theres always something on sale. Children's clothes are so expensive and they grow out of them so fast.. I save so much money on the kids school clothes and I always find something nice for myself. As far as that other rating, I have always had the opportunity to go back and pick up expensive items. I read through the contract.......

I especially like looking through the book section. I'm a reader...

I would say the store is ... great.. great. Great.

I have purchased so many nice things there for each and every one of my family members. Made it so much easier to raise children and send them to school in name brand new looking clothing up to date in style. I also consign there and always have money on my account when I go to shop. So it's like having huge coupons and discounts. They also have clearance and sales weekly and a Facebook page that keeps me informed what is the sale of the week. I also got a nice designer purse (not a knock off) for a huge steel. Anyways highly recommend.

I took several very expensive items up there along with some inexpensive things. New to the area and it was close to home, I thought it would be a good way to make a few dollars. I told her I wanted a specific amount on the expensive outfits and if they didnt sell, I wanted them back.



I read the contract which stated that after the season was up, they donate things to charity. But, after dealing with other stores, I thought they would call me to let me know what wasnt sold so I could pick up the expensive things if they had not sold. I tried to get hold of the owner many times, but was told she wasnt in, was on vacation, didnt work that day, etc. etc.



I finally got to talk to her, and low and behold, they pulled up my page, which didnt even have my correct name on it.

The page had like 7 lines of dollar amounts and she said, you have a few dollars in here, initial here, which I did, and she gave me enough to get lunch on. I asked about the things which were expensive, and she said they give all things away.



I had asked the girl who worked there and then asked the owner about where was the list of items that I brought in. The girl had said it was in the contract they do NOT write down what you bring into the store. The owner said, "well by the time people bring things in here, they are usually done with them, and it takes too much time to write down stuff, plus I did a survey of Louisville consignment stores, and NOBODY writes down what they sell." Well, I told her that I know for a fact MANY of them do and some even have it on computer, to which she stated" it costs $6,000 to get the computer stuff, and she just cant do that and its too time consuming to write down 50 items.



How long does it take to write down 50 items on a piece of ledge paper?? 10 minutes tops???



I came home and called most of the stores on this yellowpage listing under consignment stores and all of the ones I called write down the items, including brand, color, size, lined or not lined, even writing down socks.... so this was not true..........



I saw a sign for a consignment store on Preston Highway, and called it, and she said she wrote down stuff, and I went there and she said she never was called by the lady who right up the street from where she is located. So, IF she called people asking if they wrote down stuff, I do not know who she called. The KY State Attorney General's Office also said that they NEVER heard of anyone just taking items without listing them or letting a person know if they didnt sell and giving them the opportunity of getting their things back. So they are sending me a complaint form.
