Carl's Cars

These people maintain some of the worst customer service you will ever see, and then want to over-charge for all their vehicles. You call, they don't even have a way for you to leave a message; if someone picks up the phone, you can't understand what they are saying. You go in, the female gives you attitude and wants to charge you for taking a vehicle for a test drive. I've never seen worse customer service than that place, and know that the dealing is not worth what you'll end up driving off with ... since I've spent 3 times what my car costed there and still have issues with it. ----- Bottom line: STAY AWAY FROM CARL'S CARS ON DIXIE HWY IN LOUISVILLE, KY!!!!!!
