Brandon Warren - State Farm Insurance Agent

Horrible. Was with this office for 6 months in 2105. Called their office 4 separate times to have my fiance added to our renters policy as per my apartment complex requirements. It never got done. Switched insurance companies. Well, this past weekend I decided to give them a second chance and went back. Purchased my policies over the phone with the main State Farm, which was a very good experience. Called Brandon Warren's office today and spoke with Rita. Asked her to add my fiance name on the renters policy. First she kept telling me she couldn't find my renters policy. Said she would have someone else call me back. Less than 5 mins layer Rita calls back and said she found my policy on another screen, (she didn't know about this other screen on the first phone call? Really?) And proceeded to ask, "Now, how can I help you?" Are you kidding me?!? You don't remember the conversation we had less than 5 mins ago about adding my fiance on my renters policy. 5 mins of back and forth she tells me she'll get it taken care of. I asked her to email it to me so I can make sure it has her name on it before I turn it in, (last time they faxed it twice without her name on it.) She said she would just fax it to the apartment main office, I said no, to email it to me. She agreed but ended the conversation by assuring me it will be fixed and faxed. I just laughed and hung up. This office is a joke. Do yourself a favor and stay away.

Fantastic! My first time in the office the staff was extremely helpful and gave me amazing quotes. The secretary and agent were both extremely friendly and made my insurance-buying experience wonderful. Then when I had to file a claim, I was very pleased with the way this agency advocated for me and made sure I was well taken care of. They took care of everything. Most definitely unlike any other insurance agent I've ever worked with! I would strongly recommend this agency to anyone!

When I walked into his office I didn't even get a chance to meet mr Warren. I walked out after meeting the secretary of who I was disgusted with. She had no patience with me, gave me as little information as possible and exchanged a couple of argumentative terms. I simply walked out and went directly to another agent. I highly disagree doing any form of business with these guys
