Big O Tires

So very kind and I appreciate them so much. Quick also. I'm gon bring them goodies/snacks - brownies, a cake, something thank u guys so much was so stressed good lookin out Thank u so very much y'all just don't know how much I appreciate your help and assistance.

All I wanted was a tire rotation and a oil change,,They got me for $120.00
They told me they snap the bolt on the front end, Of course I want the front fix..So they charge me $55.80 to fix it.. Only to find out it was the rear end they snap,If I was told that at first I would have saved that money, The rear could have waited..Then they charge me $10.00 a tire just to balance.2 front tires $20.00.And $11.00 for a rag to wipe there hands. After I paid $121.78...🤔🤔🤔 At home I found out they never checked my fluid,s, My breaks and steering were way low..They also didn't check my air filter which was filthy as crap..I called Big O and told them how I felt about the crappy job they did, Their manager Tyson I guess ask me if I would see him, I replied in 3 months when it's time for another oil change..

PS,, I bought a new air filter at AutoZone,,And they put it in..

I've been going to this store location for about 5 years now.. They've kept tires on 3 of my vehicles.. I even get my oil changed there. The guys who work there are very friendly and knowledgeable. The guys who change the tires are very quick and will get you in and out fast. I've never had any bad dealings there. They even make one heck of a pot of coffee.. Highly recommend this store. They treat you like a person not just a customer..

Visit to store on 3/17 for alignment on 2000 Blazer with 77k, yes not 177k. Advised work could not be done by Dawn because vehicle had too many moving parts. Huh? With deceptive practices in mind I inquired, she states I need front end rebuild and presented estimate for $977.00. And " We are not trying to rip anyone off" next comment from Dawn. Do you think Chevy builds a vehicle that requires front end rebuild at 77K? I didn't either, I also had to wait 1 hour after calling ahead, and 1 hr for service, total time wasted time 2 hours. 3/18 I made appointment with Bob Montgomery at Dixie Chev. Received full alignment, service tech.stated vehicle was in excellent mechanical condition. Vehicle aligned correctly and was in and out of service center in 1 hour. All things considered the reason there are no other reviews here are apparent. BE AFRAID, VERY AFRAID!
