Bestway Rental

I have purchased items in Jeffersonville from Bestway, & they were very nice. I moved to Louisville my computer went down, had to rent one for a little over a month they called me right away on the date the payment was due, I'm disabled my car was not here, & my son had purchased me another computer. I told them this, & that I would drop the computer off, but my car was not here because of issues. They called me 3 times on the very first day the payment was due. I told them I will pay for today, prorate it, my car is not here. I'm just getting over dental surgery & bronchitis, they treated me like a thief in the night. I would not do business with them ever again. They called me very early this morning, my car arrived back about 45 minutes later. I told the guy I have bought everything I lost from aarons, & a few things from bestway in Jeffersonnville, & was never treated this way. He stated I was just the first one to come up on his computer. I now have someone taking their computer back to them, & it was used, I figured the price at over 1200 dollars that I was going to be charged. My son bought me one, he's an electronic tech & is working on my other one, but to keep me from paying so much for a used computer he just ordered me one. I hope their very happy that they have their merchandise back. I will use Aarons in Jeffersonville if I ever need or want anything else. Ya'll just lost a good customer because of your phone calls, & pricing used items as new ones. Ya'll have a blessed day.
