BenchMark Physical Therapy

I went to Benchmark after getting total knee replacement. I wanted to go to a place where I would be under the care of only 1 therapist. I was hesitant of being around too many people during my exercises as Covid was going strong. Domonique & Page were diligent about keeping equipment sanitized. They were very knowledgable about how the body works & explained why the exercises they had me do would get me back in better condition faster. They encouraged me to do just a little more each session and before you know it.....I was walking with no cane, bending my knee with no problem & walking on stairs. We laughed together, I moaned & groaned, but am sooo thrilled at the progress I made under their care. Yes, I highly recommend Benchmark for any physical therapy needs!!
