Worst doctor ever. Only doctor I saw that could state for the insurance company that I had a normal MRI. This was workman's comp related and even The Leatherman Spine Center said I needed an 8 hour back surgery and diagnosed me with about 7 different back problems. She is very rude and unprofessional. I ended up losing my workman's comp because of this doctor. I lost almost everything because of this doctor. A grade schooler could see my MRI wasn't normal. I wonder how much of a bonus you got DR Ballard from Liberty Mutual for lying about my MRI?

Well I have problems with spine , burstistis of hip and seen her or should I say it in November 2013 I just now receiving relief if you are in pain they want to intimidate you, they don't care whether you seek help . So please do what got to do . TAKE CARE

The worst I've ever seen, just a terrible DR., I saw her for 3yrs due to a workmans comp injury. After 2yrs had to take the common drug test . No problem, passed with flying colors. However in the office she told me i tested positive for heroin with a straight face , and then recanted . not sure if this was a common bluff tactic, but i found it very offensive and unprofessional.

I have to agree with the first person on the review here. This was my first visit as well. I would even go as far to say, it wouldn't even matter if you was a Workmans comp patient or a paying patient. Dr. Ballard was rude and has bad bedside manor. I'm very sorry for anyone who has to be seen by her. I've been in pain for along time now and all I want is for it to go away, so I may go on in my life. That's all I wanted or asked for, and for any doctor to treat any of their patients with bad beside manor is not right or fair. You have to respect someone in order to get respect back. Well I don't respect this doctor at all. Good luck to all future patients.....

I was referred to Dr. Ballard by my company after a work related injury. I have been having back and neck pain for over 5 months. Since my first visit, she has insinuated that I was a liar. She is very rude and uncompassionate. If you have a workman's comp injury......MY DEEPEST SYMPATHIES!!!!
