Employees are extremely rude and nasty. Bought a product from them, and they treated us horribly when I asked for help on how to use it. They were disturbingly reluctant to even honor the warranty of a past purchase. I am very displeased with my experience there.

I bought a new car in january of 2005 and was referred to Auto One by the dealer for window tinting. Looked great. In October of this year (2012) I decided to buy a new car and allow my teenager to drive the older one. The tint on the hatch door (heated) had started to bubble significantly and I wanted to replace it before giving the keys to my teenage son. Called Auto One, the liftetime warrantly covered it. they re-did ALL of the glass, not just the hatchback door, no charge. Needless to say, but I took my new car to them for window tint as soon as I bought it. Looks great and was the cost was significantly less than I paid 8 years ago. Great work, great prices, incredible service and they stand behind their work and their warranties! My husband is planning to buy an older classic truck very soon and will definitely be taking it to Auto One for customization. I highly recommend them to everyone. Thanks Auto One!!!!

I had these folks put in window tint for me in my truck. They were very reasonable priced and very professional. There was a bubble in the tint that was sort of noticable and hadnt gone away after a few weeks. Mike told me to bring it back and they would make it right. They redid the window at no charge and it came out perfect. I would use these folks for any automotive needs. They are outstanding to work with!! Dan R

Auto One is PHENOMINAL!!! Not only do they do fabulous work, their customer service skill and quality is beyond an exceptional quality.
