Working with Kermit of AVI was a nightmare.My wife and I spent $1000s with AVI and once he had out money he REFUSED to ever give us a receipt. There was always an excuse. “No help and and Lisa left evetything in a mess.” Two years later he still would not give us a receipt. He misrepresented products that he sold us as being new. He owes us $550 and he has NO intentions of ever making it right. My last deal with was to front him money for a sub that he would order on the same day. He lied to me about ordering the sub and 5 weeks later had still not ordered it. He had my $4000 and said , “It is hard times. You have to understand” I had to file a claim with my CC company and start proceedings with my county attorney. I was able to reclaim my money but not without taking action. My wife will not allow me to mention the word KERMIT in our house......He will come see you and sell you sell you something and pray at your table and then lie without any conscious. Pathetic!!

We bought a home theater system from one of the "Big Box Stores" and had them install it. What a disaster! We called another big retailer to fix it, but had nothing but trouble. THANK GOODNESS a friend referred us to Audio Video Innovation. They came out, sold us the right equipment, and did a superb job installing it. I will never go anywhere else in town!! It looks great, sounds great, and they were exceptionally professional.

Kermit and Wade were great. The guys were knowledgeable, professional, on-time, and even followed up a week later to make sure I was satisfied with the work.



They installed the speakers for my 6.1 surround system in a newly painted living room.



They could have made it easier on themselves by placing the speakers in other areas but they chose to put them in the areas that would produce the best sound. Not afraid of a challenge.

Awesome business, extremely reliable, with a group of people, who really know what they are doing, I'd recommend to any one, who needs an Audio system or Tv system, hooked up and wants it done professional, have your wires hidden etc, have a professional look, backed by professional quality, with product warranty's and customer support that rivals competitors, plus they do a whole lot more, then the name says,like professional security systems, cameras, networks, pc-repair, custom builds, media servers and so much more. For anything electronic, look no further. A++++++

Helpful and knowledgeable staff tamed my Audio Video system and made it simple for the whole family to use. I highly recommend them for any technology questions you might have.
