DO NOT SHOP THERE!!! They do not honor their return policy and their jewelry is crap!!!!!!! SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!

I would never, ever buy another piece from this store again!!!! I've had my ring for about 3 years and once every two months I have a stone falling out! There's no reason why a high quality jewler such as Ashcroft should have these kinds of problems. I wouldn't take a piece from them if it was free!

I would never buy another piece of jewelry from Ashcroft, I wouldn't even take a piece from there if it was free. I've had a ring from there for about 2 years, it's beautiful! Needless to say we've had to go back to the store every 3 months or sooner because stones keep falling out. They have the most poor quality of jewelry I've ever seen from a jeweler in my life. I've told everyone I know not to buy a thing from them! I would NOT recommend to anyone!
