Balfour Retirement Community

If you have a large family....DO NOT USE the TruCare hospice facility of Balfour. They are way understaffed, scheduled pain meds were not given on time to my Mother, resulting in agonizing pain for her and horrible stress and sadness for my family. The facility director is the most un-compassionate person I have ever had the displeasure of meeting and basically told my family we were not welcome because we are a large family....as a result, my Mother died without the people who should have been by her side. We were told by their representative that they were not just about patient care, but WHOLE family care....BIGGEST LIE EVER!....do you and your loved ones a favor.....LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE.I can honestly say if it weren't for the two outstanding nurses my Mother was lucky to have....my review would be even worse.This facility is just plain AWFUL! and I am sorry we ever picked it.
