They do not pay their employees!

If you are ever emailed an opportunity to work with an employer name "nana" (he doesn't give you his real name) do not do it! It is a scam! He'll promise you that he would pay you hourly plus commission and then when the time comes to pay you for your services he will then give you some bogus excuse as to why he cannot pay you. If you ever ask him about your pay he will then tear up your conntract and ask you to leave no matter how long you have worked for him. Unfortunately, myself and peers were sucked into this company believing that we were gonna get paid for our outside sales plus hourly wages (which he calls "allowances").
Basically, the concept of this company is for them to provide small businesses loans, you must go out and advertise this company to local merchant shops. The merchant shops, if they agree to get a loan, must provide their bank statements and business license in order to get a loan. Now, this guy originally said that he was going to pay his employees weekly with $450, but it has been almost 3 weeks with nothing to show for it. I provided him "leads" ( merchants whom were interested) and he refuse to pay any of us. So, when I confronted him on this issue he tore up my contract and told me to never comeback. I happily walked out, but not before I contacted the labor commission and informed them of this man. I even talked to two lawyers who told me I have a case. When I saw my former coworker they informed me that they printed up a statement stating that they were going to "withhold" their "allowances" until they come in with more leads! I am not sure that a company can do that to their employees and I certainly would steer clear of this man and his accomplice , Lori.

Wow I wish I would’ve saw the first comment before accepting employment with this douche bag! The company moved to Encino & it has been nothing but trouble. He doesn’t pay you until you come up with merchants shops. Mom & Pop shops that they prey on to develop financial gain. Unfortunately, the employees are not paid well. This man needs to be in jail! How does he get away with it??
