This store is so unprofessional they don’t keep the promise of when they would have the dress for me...they made me feel like crap because the wedding dress was a gift from me to my best friend they gave us the run around for three freakin hours and they wouldn’t give me my money back even after the breached the contract...and Angelica who was the sales rep promised the dress would be in on a certain date and of course they didn’t have it..the sales rep that helped us Raquel just gave us the run around for three hours...I wished I could’ve looked at the reviews before purchasing the dress...and because Angelica promised the dress would be ready on a certain date...we decided to pay for it in full when we put in the order...we drove two hours to this place because I know they have really nice dresses but sadly the employees suck they have no customer service and all they care is about making money...I definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND this joint...and can’t stress enough of how unprofessional they are..😤😠😡

If I could I would put a 0, but I am required to put 1 star. I don't know how this store is even in business. They said my dress would be in end of June at the latest beginning of July. It is July 17 & still no dress. I have called several times & they cannot even confirm a date. My wedding is in less than 2 weeks.

Terrible place!!! I ordered my wedding dress here and it was to arrive on Feb 28 its now March 9 and nothing, I have called several times and they get mad that I keep calling to check on the status of my dress today they wouldn't even answer my call, my wedding is at the end of the month and they wont tell me if I will get my dress on time, when I ordered my dress they guaranteed me that It would be here and they had a good service and now they even get mad that I am calling them to adk what happened to my dress. Never go here they are very bad!

This place is horrible. They told me my goddaughter's dress will be ready for April and its may 28 and no answer from them yet. I keep calling but when answer then they say they can't here me and hang up. They have my money. Looks like I need to go in person again. I hate this place. People are nice at the beginning and when they get your money they forget who you are. Do not purchase anything here, there's plenty of other stores that carry the same dresses. I regret going in there.

The worst place ever. Ordered a dress custom made that costed $1600 (more than double of reg price) They told us it would be ready in 3 months. 2 months later they called saying that they did not have the fabrics that we needed to go pick different fabric. We told them we were in San Francisco and could not go. They mailed the fabric to us and we picked the fabric. I keep calling to see if the dress was ready they gave me a pick up date 5 days before the event. I told them we needed a weekend they finally agreed to have it the week before. We are going to the fitting the Saturday before. Besides the horrendous experience with the dress the lady on the phone (sounded young) hanged up on me because I was upset. She said she didn't have to listen to me (I was not using inappropriate language but I was upset) that there was no reason for me to be upset. They ask for event date if I would of known I would of given a date a month before the actual date. I do not recomment this place at all.
