Overall

Zero all around, from service to the damage of my vehicle. I had used this place before - maybe twice - and always suspected they were shady. It's a huge bunch of Arabs running the place, with limited English skills and they just look... suspicious. I parked my new car for 6 days this time and when I picked it up there was rear damage - significant scrapes and scratches and paint removed all along the bumper. There is no way that whoever damaged the vehicle wasn't aware that they damaged the vehicle; they either hit another car who is now in the same boat as me, or they hit a wall. They also pickpocketed small items in the vehicle - really stupid stuff, like 85 cents (I know because I placed $1.00 there as a 'test'), and two stuffed toys. The damage is what I was concerned about and after numerous calls they refuse to help and become very irate with you on the phone, hanging up on you, etc. They will not connect you to the right person, they say the manager is away/on vacation/in a meeting, etc. Excuses galore. So, cheap parking, but expensive repairs on a brand new vehicle. I know this can happen at any facility, but the problem here is 1) carelessness with vehicles 2) theft 3) lies 4) how they handle the situation. I also waited 40 minutes for the shuttle. I was lucky here twice - no damage - but this time it was bad and now, sadly, I have to pay for the repairs because it'll never get done through them. It hurts, but at least I won't be supporting these Arabs any longer.

DO NOT park your car here. We left our car here for 11 days and paid for indoor valet. We could tell the car was most definitely left outside.

The real problem was that we had multiple items stolen from our vehicle while it was there (totaling up to almost $1200). When I confronted the employees at the lot, all they would say is "the claims department will contact you." When we contacted the police, one of the officers reported to us that this was his third visit to this lot for theft of items from vehicles parked there. They either left our car unlocked or this was an inside job by an employee, as there was no sign of forced entry.

I will never return here and hope that you heed our warnings. We had read a review stating that someone had items stolen from their car, but thought maybe it was an isolated incident. It appears that this is a trend with this lot.

Excellent Service!!

We have used LAX Park Place several times now. They are super friendly and very courteous. We usually have them clean our Jeep while we're away and it always looks fantastic upon return. The driver's are very knowledgeable and have always handled our luggage with extreme care. They are a fabulous service, easy to find and really close to the airport. We've never waited more than 10 minutes for a shuttle to the airport and there has always been a shuttle to pick us up within 5 minutes (usually less) when we call to notify them of our arrival. They are a wonderful group and we will continue to use them when we fly out of LAX!!!

AVOID!!!!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! My wife used this company to park her car while travelling. When she arrived, the driver of the shuttle was too busy BSing with a co-worker and delayed their departure for over 30 minutes. Obviously they dont take into consideration that people are on a schedule. She almost missed her flight because of this.



Unfortunately she was injured while travelling and had to stay in a hospital. These morons would not release the car to me without a faxed letter from my wife even though I was the registered owner of the car and had valid ID. Like she can really send a fax from the hospital!!?? WHAT A JOKE!!! On top of it, they charged us an extra $55.00 for storage fees, because THEY refused to release the car.



After we got the car back, it had a large scratch on the passenger door, that wasnt their before we took the car in. SAVE YOUR SELF A HEADACHE AND LOOK ELSEWHERE!!!!
