        Overall

        My Whirlpool washer stopped draining the water out after 9 years of faithful service. This was the first problem I've ever had with it so I wanted it repaired, if possible. I called the LA Washer Doctor and made an appointment for the next day. He got to my house at 10am on the dot and within minutes of checking out my washer he diagnosed the problem. Bad water pump. He gave me an estimate and I called my husband and he said, it was ok to fix it. Within 20 minutes I could hear that lovely sound of my washer washing, draining and spinning like a top. Wow! It didn't take long at all. He gave me the old water pump and to my surprise it had one of my son's socks jammed in it pretty good. I'm very satisfied with the quick expert service. I would highly recommend.
