The Desmond at Wilshire Apartments

This is a new, gorgeous building. Our apartment and the amenities are clean, up-to-date and beautiful. We have in-unit washer and dryer, a pool, spa, gym, and lounge area. The roof top area is breathtaking. The common areas have fire pits and fire places,a fountain, barbecues, and so many beautiful areas to hang out and/or entertain. I toured a bunch of buildings in the same price range, and this building was MUCH ahead of the rest. The staff is always friendly, professional and helpful. We love seeing them each day as we grab coffee from the leasing office. The events that they have hosted have been really nice. I like that there is a giving back and helping others component as well. We have a trash concierge if you don't want to head down to the trash room, and they have recently started offering complimentary Hello Alfred service, which is a nice treat. On top of everything else, the location is great and extremely walkable. We can do so many errands on foot. We moved to L.A. a short while ago, and we have no complaints about the traffic here because we walk or bike to so many places. I can't say enough positive things about our new home, so take a tour, the building speaks for itself.
