Silverlake Car Wash

This car wash has been there for a long time and they have upgraded the facility, which is great! I seldom go there, as it is always too crowded, but recently a good friend of mine who buys coupon booklets, gave me a booklet, and I decided to go there very early in the morning. I was first in line, and the only one there. There were two guys waiting to vacuum the car and I proceeded to get out of the car and go to cashier to give her the coupon. Before I took a few steps this ANGRY guy who come out of nowhere began to SCREAM at me to give him the ticket. He must be very unhappy working there and was probably eating, taking a dump, or sleeping. If he is soooo unhappy that he has to take it out on customers (who are the ones who keep him employed), go elsewhere! I informed the cashier about it, asking to speak to the owner whose name is Michael, but he was not there. I informed the cashier about this guy's terrible attitude and she promised to let Michael know, but she did not, as I just spoke with her and in her limited English she said she did not! Do not promise something you are not going to do! She did informed me that the Manager's name is Anastacio. Owner is again not in, and will be in tomorrow morning at 8:00 A.M. He needs to know what happens when he is not there, as most people do not complain when they have a bad experience. For every person that does, 25-30 do not take the time to do so!
