The "manager" of this hotel is rude, does not know laws pertaining to service animals. Would not let me even into the building. "I don't care what kind of dog it is, it cannot be in here". Discriminated against people with disabilities therefore in violation of Federal Laws (ADA). Should be sued and removed from his newly acquired position as a supposed manager. Smokes all day in front of his building and acts like a warden not a customer service oriented manager. The owner should be advised and ashamed of his staff. I will be submitting a formal complain and suit against him and the property. Stay away from this classless hotel.
