Premier Leasing

Im sorry yall had to go through this. I went in today and they had their door locked from the stairs but the office was open took them 10 min to open sp i went into the bakery and asked the lady how long have the agency been there and she said a couple of months but that this whole week alot of people were going with the police to complain. So i automatically knew it was a scam. I was scammed like this about 2yrs ago for 350$ at some other agency. So i still waited to speak to her. (monica) and she tld me everything that she tld you guys. I told her it didnt sound safe, that if she would give me the info of the apt i would give her all the money up front. She denied and i told her i was already scammed before and im not gonna risk to get scammed again and walked out. Plus you know they aren't professional, monica was chewing gum with her mouth open popping bubbles uhhhhuhhh and who has an office without computers. But yes file small claims and i wish yall best of luck. Dont expect your money back if you read the contract they put alot of twist in it that makes it impossible to get a refund.

I have been asking for a refund for over 3 months they keep stalling me. Told me to speak to Liliana Castro and send her an email @ leasingpremieracc.dep@gmail.com. They are very unprofessional. I demanded to speak to the owner and they are all a bunch of thieves. PEOPLE BE WARN THESE PEOPLE WILL JUST STEAL YOUR MONEY. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THEM!! I'm trying to file a lawsuit against them.

Anyone that comes near this business please do not give in. They only take your $240 and don't help. They don't even deserve a star. They are very unprofessional and don't care about you. They have horrible customer service. My husband and I were eagerly looking for an apartment because the place we were currently in was being torn down. We were tired of people just charging us $40 applications and not getting a response so we opted for an agency to help us look for a place. We trusted them until one day I decided to call them to give me information. With in the first 3 minutes on the line with them I was transferred 8 TIMES!!! I asked the lady "Jaime" if she was going to help me or keep transferring me and she called me "stupid". How am I suppose to trust an agency in where the customer service department calls customers stupid. Horrible it has been 6 weeks since i subbmitted for a refund and nothing toyal scam denise, monica , pablo all of them are thiefs

They are horrible to work with. They get you in the begining. Monica make you promises and asure you she will fine you a place. Since then it has been impossible to get a hold of her. Denise supposly supervisor has been rude and not helpful at all. She makes excuses after excuses. I asked for a refund a month ago and still now i havent gotten it back. This is a total scam!!! Everything in the reviews is true. I experienced it!

Horrible horrible customer service. They dont help at all they are never able to find the owners of the property never able to get you an appoinment never able to show a property not worth paying for their service. They never call you back for anything. And they say you get your deposit back right away if they cant help you lies and lies excuses over excuses horrible would not recomend at all.

Pablo took advantage of me and my fiance and took our last dollar were homeless and on ssi we gave him 1400 dollars he promised us an apartment gave us listing to check out places and they were all rented out but he and premier Leasing are fraud I got a receipt and going to find him

SCAM!! Premier Leasing has zero professionalism, they are rude, they have no type of customer service. My husband applied with Pablo, we went there being promised that we would find a place and would go view properties that were ready to move in... it was all lies owners don't work with them, they charge you to provide fake listings. Don't go pay $240 for something you can get off the internet. I'm going to submit a compalint to the Department of Real Estate, help me get this place shut down (213)620-2072 PLEASE BE AWARE OF THIS COMPANY THEY ARE WORKING WITHOUT A LICENSE.
